I must congratulate all of your staff. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. The standard of the hotel was very good and exceptionally clean. The only con was that there was no facility for hot drinks. I am sure that this small problem can be addressed. I would recommend The Nevsky Hotel to everyone and would certainly stay there again. My wife and I stayed at your hotel from 13th October to 18th. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A couple of days after our arrival it was my wife’s birthday and we went out for dinner. On returning to our room we found a bottle of champagne and chocolates. The receptionist said when she checked our passports she noticed that my wife's birthday was on the 16th and that they were with compliments of the hotel. This was a lovely gesture and we would certainly recommend the hotel to all our relatives and friends.

I've given all 5s because I just LOVED my time at your hotel! My pleasant experience started with a consultation call to the reservation office. The managers there, especially Svetlana, were just super nice and helpful. Once I had mentioned that I'd be visiting with my elderly mother, they very professionally suggested the best hotel in the group for someone of her age. They were very attentive to our needs and overall just absolutely wonderful! The staff at the hotel as well as the cafe were wonderful too. The week that we spent in St.Petersburg would not have been this great had it not been for the hotel. My mom totally agrees! You can never find a better location. That said, if you do require absolute quiet, you might have to bring ear plugs. Bol'shaya Konnyushennaya St. can get a little noisy due to traffic and some young people who enjoyed late night chat sessions outside on the bench! But this is not something that the hotel can have any control over. And it didn't bother my mother or me that much. I never write reviews, but this hotel and people who work there deserved my praises and thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SKY HOTEL is so convenient for tourists- close to the museum and the other sight spots.The staff can understand English well , so kind and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was also satisfied with me. Free Wi-Fi service in the room was glad. Thank you for SKY HOTEL , all of the staffs, especially, Ms.Irina & Svetlana. I am looking forward to staying again! Thanks a lot, again.

Innanzitutto voglio ringraziare la Signora Irina Suslova per la sua cortesia. Io e la mia compagna Emilia abbiamo trovato l'Hotel comodissimo come posizione, nel cuore di San Pietroburgo, praticamente all'angolo della via principale Nevsky Prospekt dove puoi passare ore a camminare, a due passi dall'Ermitage, dal Kunst Museum, dalla Kazansky Sabor, eccetera. A san Pietroburgo ci lasci il cuore, anche per la gentilezza di chi ti ospita. Dunque l'Hotel offre una buona accoglienza anche da parte del personale, gentile e disponibile come in tutti gli esercizi pubblici. Da non dimenticare che li vicino si trova l'affascinante Cafe; Pushkin, ex dimora del grande poeta, che a San Pietroburgo lascio il cuore e la vita. Le camere dell'Hotel sono calde e accoglienti benche l'arredamento non sia particolare. Un'ottima nota e da dare al prezzo, non molto caro quindi e di buona qualita. Ottima scelta dunque...

During my stay at Sky Hotel was so comfortable. All of staffs can speak fluent English, helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi speed in the room was so nice and breakfast was also good. The location is so good to access major sightseeing places. I had a very good time at Sky Hotel. I would like to visit again.

Normally reviews are written afterwards but as a guest staying for several weeks, I thought I could write already. (It is also my second visit with Nevsky Hotels Group.) Russia is definitely a wonderful country. There are so many positive aspects of Russia and if there is one important negative thing, it is the service level as service idea still needs to be improved a lot there. However, Nevsky Hotels Group makes a surprise here: In addition to excellent things they offer to the value which is nearly impossible to find elsewhere, they impress people with their service style which is higher than the world standards and even most of the very developed countries. I normally do not make recommendations as it is risky but I can recommend to any of the hotel from this group to anyone. I have experinced two of them and it is easy to understand all are being runned by the same elegant system. So, if you want to feel at home or even better than you are at home, you need to consider these hotels for sure. Decision is yours, but consideration is necessary... Staff... There are so many nice people and there may be others I didn\'t meet yet so I am not writing any names here but thanking to all of them. As an exception, I specially thank to Irina (who is not from the staff) for everything she has done so far. Hotel... If being very close to metro is not the main thing for you, Moyka 5 seems the best with 10 minutes walk to the center. Very silent, relaxing, safe and nice place with its 24 rooms. Suggestion... It can be considered to arrance lunch & dinner facilities and increase the number of television channels for the future. (They are not problems as many restaurants are nearby and more than 20 channels are present but I wanted to write in order to make a contribution.)

I really enjoyed my stay at St-Petersburg. The hotel is on a very nice spot in the heart of the city, which makes the perfect place of beauty of St. Petersburg. Very nice and friendly personel makes it. Forward to see the city again during the summer!
